Concept Of Operations

The Concept of Operations (ConOps) is a high-level, user-oriented document that describes system characteristics for a proposed system from the viewpoint of an individual who will use that system. Coursera's ConOps skill catalogue teaches you to master the art of clearly defining system operations, establishing efficient communication with stakeholders, and developing operational scenarios. You'll learn how to document user characteristics, operational needs, and envisage potential issues for a wide range of systems - from business projects to technological innovations. The learner will also understand how to utilize ConOps as a tool for system requirement definition, design guidance, user training, and system test and evaluation, thereby enhancing their operational planning and management competencies.
