Excellent. I gained invaluable skills. I will go back to the course to understand the material as I apply the skills in my day to day activity if I work in QA or get a similar role.

Very easy to follow along, repetition of key ideas helped with memorizing them. It was also important for the key ideas to be connected across different modules.

The information was good, but the content became extremely repetitive. A lot of material could be cut out and the course could be condensed to one module.

Overall Impression: The course content was informative but overly theoretical, with significant repetition across modules. It would benefit from more applied and concise learning design. Suggestions for Improvement: Reduce Duration: The total training time can be cut by almost half without losing value, by eliminating redundant explanations. Add Real Case Studies: Instead of referring to examples in general terms, include detailed real-world case studies that show actual implementation of quality management concepts. Practical Demonstration of Tools: The quality tools (such as Pareto charts, Fishbone diagrams, control charts, etc.) were mentioned only theoretically. It’s essential to demonstrate how to use them step-by-step in realistic scenarios. Balance Theory and Practice: The course would be far more engaging and effective if it focused less on definitions and more on applied analysis and decision-making. Summary Comment: While the course provides a good conceptual overview, it needs more depth in application and less repetition to achieve true learning outcomes aligned with professional quality management practice.

Core concepts of quality management and improvement are there so I learnt something new, but the course is way too repetitive: same concepts in slightly different subtopics that could've been condensated in 1/3 of the slides; I also got the feeling the topics were not well structured (I kept revisiting my notes because the same topic had been mentioned in a previous part of the course...). Also, the instructor is simply reading slides without adding anything (and also with a very monotonous tone of voice). I would not pay for this course.

If anyone has completed Lean/Six Sigma Yellow or Green belt training, this course is a waste of time. The presenter reads word-for-word from the slides, often repeating the same things multiple times throughout the lectures. I completed the course in 3 hours. You can skip through the videos and read the 'additional reading' at the end to gather the key takeaways. Many of the audio recordings have dogs barking, horns beeping, and kids yelling in the background. The specific real-world examples they used are so generic that they are nearly worthless. Example: Company A had quality issues. Company A implemented a quality plan. Company A's quality improved. Nothing specific, nothing useful. Using real numbers and such would be more impactful, especially since this is all about quality, which is inherently quantitative.
